When calling out, press the hands-free button and the work light will turn on to make hands-free dialing. Once connected, you can make hands-free calls.
2. Automatic hanging up: Industrial telephones that do not hang up for a long time after receiving a busy tone signal or picking up the phone will automatically hang up after about ten seconds. 3. Information display function: caller ID function (supported by the switch), dialing information display function, and other auxiliary display functions such as time display. 4. Dialing call method: Standard keyboard dialing call: After hearing the dialing tone, directly press the key to dial the user. Direct key call: This device has two direct keys that can directly call any designated special user in D1 or D2, achieving single key connection function. 5. Date and time display settings: In the on hook state, press the stainless steel button at the bottom of the host and directly enter the number "1". The LCD screen will display "1-dATE 2CL" to enter the date and time setting menu. Then directly enter the number "1", and the LCD screen will display "d 2015-01.01" to enter the date setting state. At the same time, the digital cursor will flash to prompt for date input. Enter: 231010, (October 10, 2023) and then press the bottom settings button. Press the hands-free button again to set the year and month. The hour and minute settings are automatically updated for incoming calls. 6. Settings for the direct key (D1-D2): Set the phone to standby mode, pre-set the D1 user number (which can set dual audio information with 1-8 digit codes), and then press the "D1" key for 3 seconds to complete the D1 setting. Use the above method to set the quick direct call key for D2. After setting the shortcut key, you can directly press the D1 or D2 key in standby mode to complete a one click shortcut call.
