The AFT-BG-35 emergency telephone set is compatible with numerous brand programmable telephone exchanges on the market. It is specially designed for emergency assistance in places such as box elevators, pharmaceutical cleanrooms, and dust-free workshops. This telephone set has the characteristics of one button automatic alarm, one button cyclic dialing, and one button automatic intercom. It is an essential communication device for elevator emergency assistance and a convenient communication device for clean room intercom.
Product Features
1. 304 stainless steel material, with fine grain wire drawing treatment on the surface, with characteristics such as waterproof, dustproof, moisture-proof, corrosion-resistant, and brute force impact resistance;
2. The emergency button is a self resetting luminous button produced by the most professional manufacturer in China, made of 304 stainless steel material, which has the characteristics of waterproof, moisture-proof, and dustproof;
3. The telephone motherboard is developed using imported microcontrollers in conjunction with the company's self-developed chips. All components adopt SMT chip mounting technology, which has rich functions and high integration. It also reserves two dry node interfaces, one on and one off, to enhance linkage with external devices;
4. The buttons adopt a 12 bit matrix design, and the buttons are made of high-quality zinc alloy material. After multiple processes such as stamping, polishing, electroplating, and applying oil (glue), they have characteristics such as dust prevention, corrosion resistance, and oxidation resistance, with a service life of ≥ 500000 times;
5. The overall protection level of the telephone is IP54, and if outdoor installation is required, a rain cover must be installed;

Introduction to the functions of the phone (note: some functions can only be chosen between two, please communicate with marketing personnel in advance)
1. Automatic dialing: After pressing the hands-free button (power on), the phone will automatically dial the emergency alarm phone number, such as 110;
2. Circular dialing: After pressing the hands-free button (power on), the first group of numbers will be automatically dialed. If the line is busy or no one answers, it will switch to the second group. When the last group is still busy or no one answers, it will automatically switch back to the first group until someone answers or actively hangs up;
3. Normal dialing function: After pressing the hands-free button or headphone button (power on), manual dialing can be performed using the 12 digit zinc alloy button;
4. One click emergency help: When turned on, press the emergency help button to achieve one click dialing;
5. Automatic hang up: After the call ends, the local phone will automatically detect the busy tone signal and anti limit signal of the switch, confirm several times, and hang up;
6. Linkage function: This phone reserves two on/off nodes. When the phone is off/on, the two on/off nodes provide two sets of pulse switching signals, one on/off, respectively;
7. Customization of logo: The logo logo logo and operating instructions can be customized according to requirements;

a. After unpacking, use a screwdriver to unscrew the phone;
b. Drill 3 holes on the wall according to the installation hole position of the bottom shell and insert rubber plugs (if inside the elevator, drill 4 M4 holes on the car wall and tap them);
c. Fix the telephone base plate on the rubber plug using matching self tapping screws and washers (or use M4 screws and washers to fix the telephone base plate on the car wall);
d. Connect the phone line and store the number;
e. Fix the telephone with a screwdriver for testing.
