Product Introduction
The AFT-BG-27 emergency telephone is compatible with many brands of programmable telephone exchanges on the market. It is an emergency call telephone specifically designed for pharmaceutical cleanrooms, dust-free workshops, stations, airports, and other places. This telephone has the characteristics of one key automatic alarm, one key cyclic dialing, and one key automatic intercom. It is an essential communication device for emergency assistance in public places and a convenient communication device for clean room intercom.
Main features
1. The panel is made of aluminum alloy material, processed by CNC, and the bottom shell is made of cold-rolled steel material. The surface is sprayed with water, dust, moisture, corrosion resistance, and resistance to violent impact;
2. The emergency button is a self resetting luminous button produced by the most professional manufacturer in China. It is made of 304 stainless steel material and has the characteristics of waterproofing, moisture-proof, and dustproof;
3. The telephone motherboard adopts imported microcontrollers and self-developed chips by the company. All components adopt SMT mounting technology, which has rich functions and high integration. It also reserves two dry node interfaces, one on and one off, to enhance the linkage with external devices;
4. The overall protection level of the telephone is IP54. If it needs to be installed outdoors, a rain cover must be added;
5. Two levels of sound size adjustment mode, which can be adjusted according to needs.
Introduction to Phone Functions (Note: Automatic Dialing and Loop Dialing can only be selected as either option)
1. Emergency alarm: After pressing the hands-free button, the phone will automatically dial the emergency alarm phone number, such as 110;
2. Loop dialing: After pressing the hands-free button, the first group of numbers will be automatically dialed. If the line is busy or no one answers, it will be transferred to the second group. When the last group is still busy or no one answers, it will automatically switch back to the first group until someone answers or actively hangs up;
3. Automatic hanging up: After the call ends, the local machine will automatically detect the busy tone signal and reverse limit signal of the switch, confirm several times, and then hang up;
4. Linkage function: This phone reserves one on and one off two on/off nodes. When the phone is off/on, the two on/off nodes provide two sets of pulse switching signals, one on and one off, respectively;
5. Logo customization: The logo logo logo and operating instructions can be customized according to requirements;
6. Support customization of external dimensions and color customization.

Install
a. After unpacking, use a screwdriver to unscrew the telephone panel;
b. Drill 4 holes on the wall according to the installation holes of the bottom shell (150 * 80mm or 83.4 * 60.4mm) Φ 6 holes and insert rubber plugs;
c. Use matching self tapping screws and washers to fix the bottom shell of the telephone to the rubber plug;
d. Connect the phone line, find the matching settings button, and connect it to the motherboard;
e. After storing the number according to the debugging method below, unplug the keyboard and save it (for future use when modifying the number);
f. Fix the telephone panel onto the bottom shell with a screwdriver and press the hands-free button for testing.
