Product Features
1. Made of 304 stainless steel with a high-grade outdoor powder-coated surface, featuring characteristics such as cold resistance, frost resistance, dustproofing, moisture resistance, wear resistance, and resistance to violent impacts. The handle is crafted from German Bayer ABS+PC alloy material, employing a one-piece vacuum-molded structure. Internally, it utilizes military-grade transceivers equipped with permanent magnet steel, offering properties like explosion-proofing, waterproofing, moisture resistance, dustproofing, noise reduction, cold resistance, frost resistance, and resistance to violent impacts;
2. The hook is made of zinc alloy through stamping and undergoes surface treatments such as polishing and electroplating. The back is sealed with an imported reed switch, enabling the switch between answering and hanging up by cooperating with the built-in permanent magnet in the handle. The hook features characteristics such as cold resistance, frost resistance, oxidation resistance, corrosion resistance, and salt spray resistance;
3. The buttons are formed by stamping zinc alloy and undergo a series of processing techniques such as polishing, electroplating, and potting (oil coating). They are matched with gold-plated PCB boards, offering excellent tactile feedback and electrical performance, with a service life of ≥500,000 cycles;
4. The telephone motherboard adopts imported microcontrollers from abroad, paired with chips developed through the company’s proprietary grinding process. All components utilize SMT surface-mount technology, offering rich functionality and high integration. It also features two dry contact interfaces (one normally open and one normally closed) to enhance linkage with external devices;
5. The overall protection rating of the phone is IP54. If outdoor installation is required, a rain cover must be added.


Phone Function Introduction (Due to the high integration of the motherboard, please confirm the specific functions before leaving the factory.)
1. Regular dialing: After lifting the receiver, dial the number manually via the keypad;
2. One-Button Dialing: The phone supports storing up to four sets of numbers, which are permanently saved and retained even after power loss. To use, simply "lift the receiver -> press the button for the stored number" to make the call;
3. Automatic Dialing: After lifting the receiver, the phone will automatically dial a pre-stored number; supports manual dialing of emergency numbers such as 110, 119, and 120 within the first three seconds after lifting the receiver;
4. Redial, Flash Disconnect: After lifting the receiver, press the "Redial" button to call the last dialed number. During a call, press the "Flash Disconnect" button to return to the off-hook waiting state;
5. Automatic hanging up: After the call ends, the device will automatically detect the switchboard busy tone signal and the reverse limit signal, and hang up after several confirmations;
6. Interconnection Function: This telephone is equipped with two dry contact nodes (one normally open and one normally closed). When the handset is lifted/hung up, the two dry contact nodes provide two sets of pulse switch signals (one open and one closed);
7. LOGO Customization: Customizable LOGO and operation instructions can be provided as per requirements;
